The "Current test" view presents all the information relating to a test.

 

                                                                                                                                                 

It is possible to replay the test video at normal, reduced or accelerated speed, or even frame by frame by superimposing the tracking information:

  • Position of the animal's center and head.
  • Path traveled by the center or by the head of the animal.
  • Areas visited by the animal.

The resulting video, with all the tracking information, can be exported to be used in a presentation.

It is also possible to display:

  • the animal's speed curve,
  • the periods during which the animal is in motion.
  • the zones visited by the animal.

The heatmap allows you to see at a glance the places in the arena where the animal spends the most time.

The side panel displays important test information:

  • Test status.
  • Protocol used.
  • Arena occupied by the animal (the position of the arena can be adjusted before performing the analysis).
  • Video source.
  • and more...

as well as the main results of the analysis:

  • Detection rate.
  • Distance traveled by the animal.
  • Average speed.

If you want more details on the results of the analysis, it is also possible to display in tabular form the raw data of the tracking (position of the animal on each image) as well as the main derived data (distance, speed , etc ).

This table can be exported in a text format or directly in a spreadsheet software.
