Comprehensive and detailed reports

EthoTrack allows to generate complete and detailed reports.

From the raw tracking data Ethotrack calculates a large amount of behavioral data such as:

• The distance travelled.
• Speed.
• The time spent in a zone.
• The duration before entering a zone.
• The number of visits to a zone.
• and more...

The data is presented in the form of tables or curves and can be exported to spreadsheet or analysis software.

Data can be analyzed on the entire arena or only on certain zones.

The data can be analyzed over the entire analysis period or over one or more periods of any duration.

It is also possible to define a period of variable duration whose start and end are triggered by events. For example when the animal enters or leaves a zone.

It is possible to define filters to select the tests to include in a report.

A filter can be defined in a simple way by selecting the tests to be included in a list. It can also be defined by a more or less complex logical condition. For example, in the screenshot opposite, only female animals that have traveled more than 100 cm during the analysis will be selected. No need to learn complicated syntax, just click on a syntax item or operator in the corresponding list to insert it into the formula.
